The solution to this “problem” is simple and covers nearly any and every contingency:
Hire some outrageously HOT African-American-Asian-Hispanic women to be clerks etc.
The customers will show up in droves.
Add "knowledgeable" to the mix and I concur. Train 'em if necessary.
