“Block it and HOLD THE LINE!!! Once they implement the rules and plants close, it will be too late...”. Beyond that any plant that wants to upgrade to newer plants that are more effective face an uphill battle with EPA which takes years. If they get approval the next thing you know the usual “rent a protester” gets bussed in. I saw this happen in my community when the Company wanted to upgrade their 60 year old plants with more efficient equipment. It took our local community to stop the nonsense.
