Neither has the meningitis vaccine been tested enough yet this is mandated in Texas for all college students. What is ‘tested enough’? (no one has protested this ‘mandate’).

That is a weak argument.

You have no idea what it takes for the FDA to approve a medicine/vaccine, and what must be shown in studies.
