Representative Waters is perhaps the stupidest person ever in the US Congress. Surely she's in the stupidest 1% of those ever in the House. Did she even notice the 2010 elections and the fact that the Democrats lost the House of Representatives and this changes everything? I seen stupid people before, but this woman is in a special class.
