IIRC, the condemned have a $20 limit on what they can order. At least in TX. So steaks and lobster are out. Unless the killer can provide an EBT card.

Good idea. I’d even be satisfied with limiting the appeals to a reasonable number. It’s one frivilous appeal after another.
