The most unfortunate thing is that Romney is winning these debates.

Can you imagine Perry going up against Obama? I would not be confident.

Sarah Palin the time is now!

The question is - does Sarah want to run. If the answer is no, then she would not be any good to us.

I agree.

People worry that Sarah would draw from Perry and Bachman, but so what?

If she goes in it would be her or Romney IMO.

If Cain could gain any traction I would say no, Palin should stay out. Since he really isn’t, I would like to see Sarah on that stage. In fact I would be happy to see future debates be Palin, Romney, Perry and Cain.

The others are really unesessary to the conversation..

It’s a mighty pathetic field, that’s for sure.

Reality: Sarah is not in this!!!!!

If she decides to run then for sure let’s support her but we have to get these ducks in a row NOW!!!! and get the Republican machinery locked and loaded to get rid of the obamessiah!!!

If Palin doesn't get in, I'm going with Herman Cain with Newt Gingrich as his running mate.

If Palin does get in, I think she will win handily. And then I hope she picks Cain as a running mate.

If we have Palin/Cain as our ticket - I do believe it will be the largest presidential landslide in history. What a dynamic duo that would be.

Sure, you know what? Let her jump in the race. Then she’ll lose and we’ll still have Romney after you all have worked to destroy Perry. Thank you “conservatives”.

Think I’m at the point I’m sitting this out. I’m disgusted with the “conservative” movement working to elect Mitt Romney.

Estragon: And if he comes?
Vladimir: We'll be saved.

Spoiler alert!

Godot never shows.

Perry imploded. Gingrich rocked-again. Cain is really starting to come into his own.

100 % need Sarah. She has the experience. SHE HAS THE PLAN. The rest of them are just stealing her plan. She had the guts, fortitude and fearlessness to say so when Obama and the wild radical Democrats are out of line. Republicans too for that matter.
She’s not emboldened or indebted to any one, no cronyism with her.

Perry has.

Romney stood tonight and said he would stand with the unions....that was nothing more than a signal for votes.

Perry did not look great in this debate...but at least he showed up. Debates are an important part of the primary process.. Sarah could have been on stage tonight but chose not to. So she’s either not running, or she has no respect for the process, or she’s afraid to debate. All good reasons to not vote for her.

Hate to say it, but it's true. Romney is awful but Perry inspires no confidence whatsoever.

What is the fall-back position? Cain? At this point, he's my pick.

If Romney gets the nomination, I will be the first one out there beating the drum for a Palin 3rd Party run. She might actually have a shot of winning the darn thing!

Four debates down and nine more to go.......... Three more left in this year and six beginning in January. By late January we’ll have a better handle on which of the candidates is really coming to the front. Romeny is poised, slick and handles himself well. Perry isn’t ready for prime time but may improve as he gets more time in the ring. It’s still between them two, imo at this stage.

The remaining schedule if anyone is interested:

Republican Debate Schedule
October 11, 2011 (Bloomberg)
October 18, 2011 (CNN)
December 10, 2011 (ABC)
January 12, 2012 (PBS)
January 19, 2012 (CNN)
January 30, 2012 (Fox News)
Between February 7-13, 2012 (ABC)
Between February 19-27, 2012 (Fox News)
March 5th, 2012 (NBC)

Palin will announce her candidacy after she lets Perry and Romney beat each other up. Perry sure looks bad already.

After watching this forum this evening it is more evident that we need fewer one sentence vanities by posters unable, incapable of developing a coherent thought. Lord help us if these are typical American voters, whoever they end up choosing.
