I saw PH on the link and took a pass.
Freeman, being black doesn’t exempt you from criticism.
What Morgan Freeman said is, on its face, racist. As far as Morgan goes, I will choose to think of him, fondly, as the selfless sergeant in the film Glory rather than the racist bigot I saw interviewed on that show. It is, I know, a denial of reality, but in a way sensible in that he has far more good to give to his nation and its society as an actor than as a commentator on the social/political scene. It is a pity that the media and most actors cannot see that. What a shame that so gifted a man makes himself such a fool.
I say, I can count the number of out-and-out white biggots I've met since I've been in NYC on one hand; the number black ones -- countless.
And many, many, blacks here, of course, far and away the majority, don't seem to have a racist bone in their bodies.

Yeah it’s awful, maybe 55% of whites will vote against Obama, whereas 90% of blacks will vote for Obama because they are all so wonderful not due to race.
