I’m sure that this wouldn’t have happened if greedy American Machete Dealers would quit exporting their instruments of death to our peaceful friends in Mexico.
President 0bama must close the Knife Show loophole too, by Executive Order, if Congress won’t enact legislation to do so immediately..

Yesterday I watched a video of two men being decapitated in Mexico. One with a chainsaw, one with a knife. Not as easy as you’d think. Took some time. Not easy to watch either.

Thats downright scary! Yup...
But fear does not help
Understanding a problem, then
Developing an actionable plan
That can help

If you outlaw guns only the outlaws will have guns -- happily provided for by the Obama administration.
Thank God for the 2nd Amendment.

Makes you wonder if the ATF threw in some edged weapons as good customer bonuses...Ahh, makes sense now. I was wondering if obama & crew needed a "GunRunner" operation to "prove" machetes came from the U.S.

Oh, there was more than guns involved, some real goodies went South by way of New Mexico. When you’re buying a dozen or more AKs or ARs at a time, why not try to get a few blades thrown in with the deal?

It won’t be long before this sort of thing will be common on our side of the border.

While I don't think legalization is the answer, perhaps a greater effort toward eliminating cartel traffic (instead of putting up signs warning Americans to keep out of smuggling pathways) might be a more effective focus than kicking down grannies' doors at 4AM and shooting the dog (if not granny).
The misapplication of both strategic and tactical assets has virtually guaranteed the steady flow of drugs in quantity despite the efforts of some, the reticence at closing off the border makes me wonder who is getting a cut of the action, and in the meantime, our 4th Amendment Rights have been flushed down the toilet.
I'd say that doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is bad enough, but the loss of our Right to be secure in our person, property, and effects far outshadows the results in interdicting drugs--and I'm about as anti-drug as it gets.

The local rag had the gall to reprint an essay by some 16 year old (who described herself as an undocumented student, apparently without irony intended) demanding the usual smorgasbord of goodies.
Nowhere in the piece did “I shouldn’t be in this country” appear, of course.
Does anyone else find it ironic that an American born and raised 10 miles over the Oregon border is entitled to less of a break from the California university system than a Mexican national who has already broken the law by entering the state and/or overstaying a visa?

Thanks, but I didn't expect all that, I was just hinting at Al Qaeda terrorists sneaking across the open Southern Border.
No Cheers, unfortunately.

I know I am going to get flamed. The only solution to the cartels is to get the money out of illegal drugs. Let’s admit that the war on drugs is a failure and just legalize all drugs.

If drugs were legal then the cartel thugs would become honest hard working citizens. Oh, if only! (a sarcasm tag would be superfluous)
