The more permanently unemployed, the more haggard masses to have as his street army, and the more he can blame “the broken capitalism system” or greedy companies not hiring good people, as the problem.
Idiot people (most of urban American) will agree and miss the total obviousness that HE LITERALLY CREATED THE PROBLEM. They will riot or protest to demand action. So many formerly normal people will join in, just because of the self shame of being poor (and not having that experience before in their life) and the human instinct to blame others for that predicament.

You may be correct. However I do know that a lot of employers right now view that as a negative.
Hitting the Federal EEOC lottery is being a gay handicapped black unemployed woman whose employment application has just been rejected by a white male human resources manager for a big oil company. That is one ambulance I would chase if I were a lawyer.
Don’t forget it was proposed to make “ugly” a protected class also, so add good looking to your list.
