What happens when those EBT cards flash void or zero, for good. Or are not accepted by (white/asian) shop and store owners, during a financial panic, with the wireless/computer system down? It will be madness and looting in about one week, max. Beginning with the lynching and looting of stores owned/managed by non-minorities. And go downhill from there. Flashmobbing convenience stores and malls is a precursor event. Flashbeating stray non-minorities is another precursor. We are one week of no EBT funds away from a social meltdown.
