Apparently illegal aliens can get benefits after something like 8 quarters. Something like that, I read that a LONG time ago so it could have changed.

I'm sure an illegal couldn't draw benefits based on payroll withholding on a stolen SSN. It would have to be on one they somehow legitimately got, like Obammy’s relative in Massachusetts.
