Well, if she becomes President, her family should get ready for much more of this. If she is done with politics, then it doesn’t really matter to her political career. If she is going to run in 2012, this lawsuit will be a big distraction and would make the Palins appear thin-skinned, IMO.
Also, would President Palin sue any news source or book author who she felt defamed her and her family after she won in 2012?

Palin is putting everyone on notice with this threat of legal action that malicious lies will be dealt with. After McGinnis is made an example of, I'd be surprised if it happened to that degree again. To call Sarah Palin ‘thin-skinned’ is to laugh. Nice try, though.

Get ready for more of this? WTH do you think she underwent when they could lie for free with bogus law suits and make her personally pay legal fees in AK while she was governor. Those days of false freebie law suits are over, lie about her now and you may just pay for it, big time.
