. You can not build a wall on the Texas/Mexico border, there is a really big river there and several lakes.

Like many, you perfectly illustrate the problem. And we can definitely build fencing on the US/Mexico border. Build it north of the river.

Right and the other point is that even if you can’t build it in some parts, you can in many others. I have no idea the percentage, but let’s build the fence where we can. Perry is against any fence, which I think is just plain dumb.

What about property rights of land owners north of the river? Sam with Riperian rights (access to the water)?
