It seems that you are ignoring Fast & Furious. Why??? You have run few headlines about it and when you do it is just for a short time. You know that this is one of the biggest stories of the century so far. I hope you realize what this story means to all those effected by it, to our Country and what it's implications are. You haven't been bought off or something, have you? I expect much better coverage than this from you. Nothing on Drudge about F&F today, at this moment. Same stuff - with a few replacements - as last night.
Several have mentioned on this thread, and I’ve heard it before, that Drudge, other conservative news sources, GOP Congress critters, and other such supposed patriots are purposefully playing this down to postpone the bombshell effect until a more strategic time in the election cycle.
While I understand this possible reckoning coming from politicians, journalists - to the mind of this probably naive boy - ought to concern themselves with news, the investigation and the reporting of news. History writers can tell the story when all the facts are in. Propagandists can select and slant the facts. But news folks like Drudge need to follow the events as they come to light. Just seems to me.
