Obama”care” reduces competition, and therefore is illegal by the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Law.

Well, I wouldn’t trust that passel of supercilious fools on the U.S. Supreme Court to do the right thing so it’s up to the people to let the politicians know that if they don’t repeal this travesty sometime soon, they will be ridden out of DC on a rail.

I have serious back problems. Earlier this year, my doctor did cortisone injections; but they did not help much. My doctor thinks I will need back surgery "sooner or later". I am going to tell him "let's do it sooner. Hell, you probably won't be my doctor in 2013 anyway".
I also have a knee that goes out on occasion. I'm gonna explore knee replacement, too. I have no doubt that at age 55, I will fall into Obama's "just take a blue pill" category.
My premium went up by over 30% this year thanks to Obama. I shudder to think what will happen next year. Even if Obamacare is thrown in the hopper, I don’t think I will ever see lower rates.

Heard a report on FNC this morning that Sebelius, the the Sec of Health and Human Services, is going to enforce deadline for insurance companies to send everyone’s health records to her - the action is mandated by Law.
Another thing concealed is the plenary power of the secretary of HHS. She is now putting Catholic hospitals under the gun despite the president’s promise to maintain the policy of the Hyde Amendment. His intentions were made clear when he appointed this rabid supporter of abortion.
