Could be a just a brave face that RH/Crown are putting up since the facts as known are against them and McGinnis. Maybe they plan to let it run awhile and then quietly settle before any trial. Sarah isn't bluffing and I think they are.

If anyone has the time for it, it might not hurt to go to Amazon and vote on the numerous reviews there.

Read them if you like, or just vote “yes” on the one-star reviews and “no” on the four or five-star reviews.

There are more lib reviews than conservative. Obviously the Obamanoids have been very busy.

I guess Crown Publishing is playing a little offense because they have no defense

In the end they will offer to settle....

Just how much is the only question...

I love it. Applebaum is going all in and betting the company with a Queen high.

Todd and Sarah are slow playing their pocket Aces just waiting for these guys to make yet another stupid mistake.

My guess is the Palin’s have many more incriminating emails and witnesses willing to testify on their behalf. This is going to be fun to watch.

I hope she proves them wrong and takes them to the cleaner.

They are hopeless; some dirt you can't clean off. But it would be grand if they go the route of Barricade Books once Steve Wynn took them to the wood shed.

Doesn’t she have the option of sueing for two years? She can just leave this hanging over their heads while she goes about her business- and they don’t know when the ax might fall. I think it might be a way for her to formally object and leave the door open for a suit. They better hope she runs and wins- cause if she don’t she’ll have a lot of time for a lawsuit and nothing to lose.

Let’s remember this quote when they announce at 3:30pm on a friday before a major holiday that they have settle out of court for an undisclosed sum. “ is confident the reporting in Joe McGinniss’ book is “solid, reliable, and well-substantiated.”

“McGinniss has been sued before and lost. I wouldn’t bet on a proven liar.”

The real tragedy, and I do mean tragedy, is that the filthy stinking obammy whores in the “media” will get lots and lots of mileage out of the whole thing. Too lazy to even question the lack of a legitimate birth certificate from the worthless slacker, but ready with knives and forks to destroy a decent human being.

I would also point out that he didn’t lose, but settled after a mistrial when according to the NYT, “a six-member jury voted 5 to 1 in favor of Mr. MacDonald and said they could not reach a unanimous verdict.” The original suit was for $15 million - it was cheaper to settle than to go through another trial.
