The publisher, IMHO, is not interested in the truth any more than McGinniss is. They figure with their legal team that they can hold it up in courts and outlast Sarah.
I hope she proves them wrong and takes them to the cleaner. They deserve it.

I hope she proves them wrong and takes them to the cleaner. They are hopeless; some dirt you can't clean off. But it would be grand if they go the route of Barricade Books once Steve Wynn took them to the wood shed.

I think the purpose of this book and the timing of its release are to smear Sarah and to keep these rumors alive until the election. A lawsuit will guarantee that it stays in the news that long. The Left seems to fear her that much!
However, the lies are such an overreach the whole gambit may backfire on them.
