I joined Weight Watchers on Saturday. This morning, my scale says I’ve gained about four lbs!!!!! And it’s not my scale - may pants are tighter! ???????? I’m adhering to the plan. Not eating between meals, etc. WTH??
Speaking of food I didn't feel like cooking so I grabbed a bowl of corn flakes. Tasted kinda funny and half way through I dumped it. Looked at the milk in the fridge...oooo...there are things floating in it and it smells bad. Still have a bad taste in my mouth.
Rose sure is sounding like a Perriwinkle this morning. It was difficult to follow what she was reading. At least for me.

Sneakers, don’t be frustrated by WW. It just takes anit of time for metabolism to adjust. WW controls portions in a balanced manner; Atkins (low carbs—really low carbs the first weeks) gets pounds off faster (but much harder to maintain). In the long run my friends who have done WW have been very successful in the long term (it teaches healthy eating) and everytime I go on Atkins, I yoyo back. Sigh.
Rose is heavy into the defense of Perry. I am still not sure about him. Yet Cain (who is their friend, rmemeber when he subbed for them?) gets limited mention; yet he has zipped ahead, in polls taken BEFORE the FL staw poll, Perry Romney. Q/R buting into the “media” selected choices?
