Yes. I forgot about Felix Frankfurter and his “hot dogs”. Wasn’t he appointed to the Supreme court later in the Roosevelt administration. I wonder how many key decisions he was a part of in the effort to dismantle the constitution.

The 1886 decision to which I referred, was County of Santa Clara (California) v. the Southern Pacific Railroad (118 U.S. 394 (1886)). The COURT CLERK, (a socialist railroad lawyer and former Assistant Secretary of State) added a HEADNOTE to the decision that became the precedent giving corporations equal protection and due process rights of citizenship. Needless to say, it put the robber barony on steroids.
