(NewsCore) - A seven-day operation led to the arrest of more than 2,900 illegal immigrants with criminal records, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said Wednesday.
"The results of this targeted enforcement operation underscore ICE's ongoing commitment and focus on the arrest and removal of convicted criminal aliens and those that game our nation's immigration system," said ICE director John Morton.

Yep, catch and release. Notice though that they caught 2,900 in a 7 day operation. Just think how many they could have caught and deported had they put any real effort into all these years.

Texas passed a law against illegals who are criminals. They’ve been removed from our prisons and sent to ICE. ICE has promised to deport them...we’ll see.

The answer is to keep the illegal alien parents from coming here in the 1st place and dropping anchor babies.
absent that, stay with a legal relative , become a ward of the state or move in with Rick Perry and/or John McCain since they are very compassionate.
