Finally we’re seeing some judicial decisions that benefit the American people.
The goal of the Federal Judiciary is to resolve cases and controversies in accordance with the Constitution and Rule of Law without regard to how the Court's decision benefits the American people. That's one of the problems with the Lib's: If the result is unjust or causes harm, then it must be unconstitution.
