Obama Tells High School Students: “I Don’t Think Ethics” Was My Favorite Subject…

“I was not always the very best student that I could be when I was in high school, and certainly not when I was in middle school,” Obama said, speaking at Benjamin Banneker Academic High School.

“I did not love every class I took. I wasn’t always paying attention the way I should have,” Obama said. “I remember when I was in 8th grade I had to take a class called ethics. Now, ethics is about right and wrong, but if you’d ask me what my favorite subject was back in 8th grade, it was basketball. I don’t think ethics would have made it on the list.”

Sure, 0bama, ethics is not your forte.

No Progressive Socialist can afford to have ethics as their forte.

I believe every word of that is true. I couldn’t have said anything about him better than his own idiotic description of himself.

Does this man even know or understand that he is the President of the United States of America?

Not only does he not speak like a President, he doesn’t even speak like an adult or like a grown man.

Quelle surprise. OTOH, who thinks a single one of the kids attending this DC high school has ever heard of a class called “ethics”?

Sha’Neekwa whispers to Antwahn: “Yo, he mus’mean ETHNICS. Where we learn’bout our oh-pressed heritage.”

“I was not always the very best student that I could be when I was in high school, and certainly not when I was in middle school,”

Should that be "that I could have been"?

Was this speech read off the teleprompter? If they actually typed out those words and had time to review them yet saw nothing wrong with a US President telling kids he wasn't such a great student.....wow.

What a terrible message to send to kids. It'll inspire the kids alright; to do poorly in school. Way to go O.

No Progressive Socialist can afford to have ethics as their forte.

Their "ethics" in pursuit of Marxism consists of "The end justifies the means," and "By any means necessary." That includes lying, cheating, stealing, the use of force and much worse.

If this wasn't from the Onion, I hope there is a video of this somewhere.

Ethics wasn't my favorite subject?

(1) It's a horrible quote, nobody wants to get caught saying it.

(2) I don't believe ethics is taught to 8th graders in the USA. Is it taught to Indonesian 8th graders in Islamic schools?

This is quite telling - a failure at ethics!

Notwithstanding my sincere belief that everything that he or the media reports about his life history is a complete fabrication.

So he went to 8th grade? Where? In Indonesia this time? And they studied ethics there? No kidding! We didn’t cover ethics till late high school.

Or college. Or law school, I'll wager.

I think he is saying that he will do whatever it takes to get what he wants. And Michelle went Target shopping today.

To summarize;
I don't know right from wrong, and you don't need to pay attention or do well in school in order to be president.
