I'm not sure, but from what I've read of this The 21st Century Contract, I can't find anything dealing with protection of unborn Americans. Has the right to life been dropped? Do unborn Americans still have to worry about being murdered by filthy abortionists?

Or have the "Republicans" dropped that critical "social issue"?

This part of the new contract is key federal issues: size and scope of gov't, proper role of the judiciary, taxation, healthcare, social security, national security, etc.
