Sorry for the delay in responding!!-there are unofficial Pakistani pages with a good overview of their navy. While the amount of technical content on new systems is limited, their forums/chatboards are active. However one needs to carry a bucket of salt while visiting those.

An Indian website-Bharat Rakshak also has an up-to-date discussion page on the Pakistani military, but you will need blinders to see through some of the ultra-nationalist stuff over there too.
