Yeah but starve people and the tax base dries up. What do they pay the military with? Sure they can confiscate things and they likely got supplies, but in the end they will just shoot themselves in the foot.
More likely China would see an opportunity to get the debt paid and take the West Coast.

To fight against “Enemies foreign and domestic” is part of the military oath, as it is to obey the president as commander in chief. With Obama and his progressives shuffling in friendly upper command officers, don’t hold on to that illusion that he wouldn’t get a few “homo” friendly generals to do his bidding.
Obama is already on record as saying he’ll never authorize a nuclear strike even is this country should suffer a nuclear strike from some rogue state...that our country has “the capacity” to absorb a small nuke attack.
IMHO, he will be defeated in spite of his nefarious plans!

Rush was responding to Dick Morris’ assertion that Obama was going to drop out of running for re-election.

You saw the Van Jones video proclaiming October to be the “American Fall”? He meant it. It’’s already in place. Obama will “have to” call in the military to “protect” the citizens-— you know how it goes after that...look to Egypt.

State governors refusing to obey his attempt to suspend elections in their state as well as state party officials publicly disagreeing with the POTUS do not qualify as enemies domestic requiring martial law. Hell even the traitors in the RAT party in DC would not be so stupid to rubber stamp this because the folks back home would scream bloody murder.
Well, while I certainly agree with your assessment, we have both seen the end runs around the constitution that this fascist crowd attempt everyday.
