I sincerely doubt if this sack of $hit was really a citizen. Probably only born here, which doesn't automatically make someone a citizen.
Does it really matter if he was indeed a citizen? I could give a damn! I actually hope he was a citizen because our action shows that if you saddle up with the America-hating enemy we will grant you the opportunity to be treated as such.
