Agreed. And that’s to our credit. We can dislike Harry Reid politically but still send our prayers and good wishes to him and his wife.
That’s a nuance which escapes the ability of the liberal mind to comprehend. The liberals look at political opponents at enemies who must be destroyed. We conservatives think of Harry Reid and his ilk as political adversaries, politically idiotic at times, etc. but still recognize that he is a husband and father. He’s a fellow human being who deserves our prayers for his wife, regardless of what we think of him politically.
I don’t mean this as a reflection on his wife or her unfortunate situation, but anyone care to guess the odds that Harry and his allies in the press will try to make political hay out of this?
