The only people we have telling us Mitt Romney is the most electable candidate are the inbred RNC types who got us into this mess four years ago. Somehow I just don't trust Tim Pawlenty, the first man into the presidential race and the first man out, to understand what it takes to be electable. Of course, it is possible that the economy will be in an official recession next year, and it won't matter whom we nominate...but do we really want to take that chance? Do we really want the guy who planted the seed of ObamaCare entrusted with the job of removing it? Let us all do ourselves a favor and not nominate the Republican John Kerry. Find the man who can beat Romney and rally behind that man, or, absent another economic m eltdown, we'll have four more years of Obama.

Honestly.. who wants a president that wears magic underpants and aspires to be the God of his own planet?
I mean really... that?

But we gotta take Wendell Willkie/Thomas Dewey! We need a sensible Northeast liberal republican that can attract independants.

Romney is, in actuallity, the LEAST electable candidate. He has way too much baggage. You think the Dims pulled out the race card last time?! Just wait if Romney gets the nomination, it will be all about his lifetime membership in a racist organization.
I will never vote for Romney. EVER. We need to fight to get a real conservative as the nominee and say FU to the establishment who is trying to shove this RINO down our throats.

Anyone who wants to talk about electability in a nation with a president Obama is an idiot.

Here in Boston we’ve got Jay Severin on WTKK talk radio (96.9 FM) and he never stops beating the drum over Romney being the only “electable” candidate. I don’t know why he even bothers to mention the other candidates, since he’s stuffed so far up Romney’s ass.
Then again, Severin pimped for Romney nonstop in the 2008 election run-up, so none of this is surprising. Annoying as hell but not surprising.
Romney may look presidential but that’s about all. He’s a serial flip-flopper who inspires no loyalty among conservatives. I like Herman Cain right now, until Sarah Palin makes a decision. (Palin/Cain would be my dream ticket.)
Until then, I’ll find another station to listen to during Severin’s afternoon drive-time slot.
