Frances Fox Piven: "We Desperately Need A Popular Uprising" (video)

FRANCES FOX PIVEN: "I teach at the Graduate School of the City University of New York. I am here because I am so enthusiastic about the possibilities of this sit-in, over the marches that are occurring over postal worker issues, the sister demonstrations that are starting in Chicago and Los Angeles, and maybe in Boston. I think we desperately need a popular uprising in the United States. None of us know. I study movements. None of us know the exact formula for when those movements erupt, but it could be. And if that is true, then these people who are here are really wonderful. I would do anything to help them." (TV Show: "Democracy Now!")

Note to Piven: You wanted sheeple, sweetie, you got sheeple. Please feel free to hold your breath while you wait for your, snort, popular uprising.

Frances Fox Piven: "We Desperately Need A Popular Uprising"

We have had one for the past three years...it's called the TEA party movement...and it's proving that violence is not needed to get things changed.

The true American patriots have seen through Alkinsky, and Cloward Pivens, and we're not falling for it anymore.

The left is squirts from a water gun, the TEA party movement is Niagra Falls...

Anyone notice she is calling for a “popular uprising” not an uprising of the “populace” which is what the Tea Party is.

The popular uprising is called the TEA party.

If this isn't a part of the Grand Strategy to Re-Elect Barack Obama then I will eat my hat.

Obama needs his own personal populist Tea-Party-Like movement to carry him to victory in 2012 - at least he thinks so. Since you cannot expect such a movement to arise spontaneously then you just put the SEIU and its comrades to work and you fake it. If this works it will be a miracle.

Soon as I find a reliable picture hosting service I'll link to them here.

Get a Free Wordpress Account and use their file system to store your photos. Wordpress isn't going anywhere. They are the big deal in the free blogger site business.

Her type of uprising needs useful idiots, but the TEA party is thinking patriots.

The idiots “won” in ‘08, and I hope the game does not get delayed or canceled next year.

Frances Fox Piven is another limousine liberal who thinks she is inspiring the underclass masses (who would just as soon kill her or spit on her) ala Leonard Bernstein. The irony is that most of the Wall St. protesters are spoiled, trust-funded brats, or sons and daughters of red doper diaper babies. Anyone besides pumped up radical socialists such as herself is ignoring them.

There is nothing more pathetic than someone who refuses to notice that their ideology died out forty years ago. A “sit in”??? Really?? Please.

Check out this video where a young, aggressive Thomas Sowell schools Communist Hag Piven on Welfare and Equal Opportunity

Note: Just fast forward to the 3:00 mark to see Sowell and Piven...

Ms. Piven, I'd recommend watching this speech:

Sarah Palin's speech in Indianola, IA on September 3, 2011

It appears Palin has gotten WAY ahead of you in identifying the issues of the economy in the USA and already has good ideas on how to fix it.

The news report today said that half the marchers from the Brooklyn Bridge went in one direction to protest “poverty” and the other half went in the opposite direction to protest genetically modified foods.

They are immature young adults just protesting for the sake of protesting the onset of adulthood.

poor poor francis, studied “movements” all her life and can’t recognize the Tea Party when it slaps her leftist reality upside its pointy head

I think poor francis has been studying bowel movements all of her life. (hence her shit*y outlook on life)
