Some are saying he has been accused and I found one that says he has been sentenced, all on the same day so I am not sure:

They're trying to find some conviction that 'works' with people who aren't totally insane or evil or both...

The ACLU is backing the rights of Muslim children in American to pray in school. But not Christians or Jews. Tell me what makes sense about these people's thinking...
