That's a real pretty link. Would you care to point out which of the sub-sections al-Awlaki violated? The only one I can see that would apply is (7), except those conditions are qualified with, "...if and when he is convicted thereof by a court martial or by a court of competent jurisdiction."

Was there a trial I was not aware of? Maybe you could post a link to the trial transcript since you're so good at posting links to clear this up?
