The 9-9-9 plan is meant to be a transition to the FairTax. I personally think that the 9-9-9 is a horrible plan (Trying to unite the Flat taxers and FairTaxers isn’t going to work), but at least he has a plan other than “Tax the rich!”

So this scale is saying those from 55,000 to 299,000 only pay 17% now? That’s not accurate at all!
