I’m most worried about a plurality for Romney. The other thing I’m worried about is a nominee that is stupider than Obama (or other notable gaffe-prone losers like Kerry, Al Gore, Ford).

Wise decision.

He is good where he is: a moderate governor in a liberal state.

1) Tea Party candidates are NOT in favor of giving tax payer money to illegals for college.

2) Tea Party candidates do not trash fellow conservative voters by calling them Heartless in the national Republican debate.

Perry is GOP guy and NOT tea party. Herman Cain is way more of a Tea Party candidate than Perry.

The Tea Party is a fiscal grassroots movement. His position on immigration may be of interest to members of that grassroots movement or cobservatives but it not something that disqualifies him as a “tea party candidate”.

Cain has no chance. All any of you have done is help secure the nomination for Romney. At best Cain will resemble Bachmann’s numbers but she never could surpass him in topline numbers. The one person who did conservatives worked to destroy.

Christie needs to run a lot I.e physically run ,he might have misunderstood that others were urging him to run for president.

The Tea Party has NOT turned on Perry. There are plenty of Tea Parties out there and I know for a fact there are plenty still supporting him.

Not to defend Romney. I hate the guy.

But you are wrong to say he “in 2008 when Romney was ahead of McCcain, and then all of a sudden out of the blue Romney steps down...”

Delegate Standings on February 6
McCain - 680
Romney - 270
Huckabee - 176

On February 12, with voting in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. McCain swept the three races and took all 113 delegates which were at stake

On February 14, Mitt Romney officially endorsed McCain and asked his approximately 280 delegates to support him at the national convention.

Romney had no chance of winning the primary against McCain, not after Super Tuesday.

Like I said, I don’t give a sh*t about Romney, but facts is facts.

It’s great news. He stays here in NJ and keeps working for us. The Tea Party would have butchered him anyway. They are busy playing long-shots, and won’t realize their folly until Romney is cruising to the nomination.

Like I've posted a 1,000 times:

Perry ain't CLOSE to being a perfect candidate. However, do you think Romney is better?

“Herman Cain is way more of a Tea Party candidate than Perry.”

Cain is in cahoots with Mitt to the ‘n’-th degree. Is it not true that Cain backed him in 2008? Doesn't sound too Tea Party-ish to me.

OTOH, Sarah Palin, the patron saint of the Tea Party HAS supported Perry in the past. Has she ever supported Romney or “flavor of the week” Cain before? I thought not.

I listened to Ann Coulter the other night and was surprised to hear her softening somewhat on Christie. She said she’d still like to see him run, but had a lot of good things to say about Romney. It was interesting, to say the least.

Now it’s going to be Romney vs. The Actual Republicans.

Romney is going no where. He couldnt' beat McSlime in 08. He will have NO chance against a real conservative. Don't worry about Mitt. He will likely get NH and Utah and that's about it.

Well I don’t give up. I am pulling for Cain. Until someone has the nomination, they don’t have it.

Me either and I've donated to Cain. He just won't win.

This guy is an attention whore. Maybe he’s trying to get a movie deal on his “wonderful rise to power” or a cameo on “Jersey Shore”.

Yeah, really. The guy has been saying all along he wasn’t running and the media, desperate for news floats stupid rumors which they made up themselves in an attempt to get people to pay attention to them.

Pathetic. No wonder they are dying.
