This is a trial balloon to see whether the Dems might have success next year if they run against the banks.
Historically we have had an outbreak of anti-banking populism in this country on a fairly regular basis. We are overdue for the next one.

Latest polling shows Illinois may be in play in the 2012 election. Obama is getting about 80% of Chicago, but losing everywhere else. I predict Dick will be keeping a low profile...
