In these articles they still give Holder the benefit of doubt whenever they can. Instead of saying Holder knew as early as a certain date the more accurate statement should be he knew at least as early as date given. There is strong circumstancial evidence that he knew about it right from the start as he and Obama cooked the whole thing up, maybe with Hillary’s input.
