Joe "Bite-me" Biden, is among the top 3 (maybe even number 1) dumbest politicians in Washington. Which is exactly why 0dumb0 picked him, because nobody has too high of expectations for Biden. He is a clown, a buffoon, like Al Frankenstein. I would rather have him serve out the remainder of 0dumb0's term, because Biden is dumber than dirt, but a buffoon, and would no one would take him seriously, so I think the damage to America would be less than allowing a viciously hateful punk like 0dumb0 to continue his quest to destroy Amerika on the way out.
