As people drop out, one of the candidates will consolidate conservative support and hopefully, best him.

But with the primaries moved up, who is going to drop out? Everyone will stay in and go for a "hail mary" until April 1.

That still puts Romney in front.

I expect the second tier candidates to run out of cash long before April 1. And when the handwriting is on the wall—for ex, when Bachmann bombs in Iowa—we will see drop outs.
