So - if one party has cows that produces raw milk and another desires to buy it (and accept whatever risk there might be), does the state have the right to deny this?

I personally think you should be able to do this. But that doesn't mean the judge ruled you have no property rights. The judge is bound to follow Wisconsin law.

I’ve not gotten used to the 9 mm -still prefer either a .45 auto—or my old .44 single. Did see a .22 auto displayed once that sounds promising for pure speed- and I don’t anticipate
