The first I heard that there was something similar under Bush was yesterday and the article just said no convictions but no guns were sent to MX and used to kill border guards.
I’m on MestaMachine’s and Nachum’s ping lists so I get every one of these articles - I spend way too much time reading on FR - but of course can’t remember exactly where I read anything 99% of the time!
MM may know the details; I know for sure I read there were some convictions but not enough to keep the program going.
