The article says that the person in question was a "provisional" teacher that
was automatically let go at the end of each term. So, it's a classic Clintonian statement: it's technically true, because he has been getting those pink slips.
But, it's misleading, because it's designed to make you think the guy no longer has a job.
Learned from the master, Obama has.
