I also have to pay state AND city income tax, not to mention property taxes. Not all states are equal taxwise, and with Cain’s plan, this is not taken into consideration.

You may get lucky. If you're in an Empowerment Zone where the feds get to say you have lower business and personal taxes, you may be better off. As long as you're in an inner city or whatever other locations the current Congresscritters decide are worthy of lower taxes.
