The military is part of the government. Its a bureaucracy that runs on blood and guts, organization and politics. Cain is a political neophyte and has no executive experience in government. Period. The same can not be said for Washington and Eisenhower as they both lead huge military forces in their day. Any comparisons are phony and fraudulent.

So you obviously believe the military is the government. Like I said -- silly.

WOW! Guess your school never got around to teaching you about government and civics. You need to find a copy of the Constitution quickly and read it.

Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1:

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States

The Dept of Defense is part of the Executive Branch of the federal government. If I was you I'd ask for a refund from your whatever school you went to. You obviously were ripped off.
