They are likely selling it in ghettos and to Mexicans already here.
THAT is why the feds intend to go after American grown. It is of much higher quality and far cheaper. The states that are now permitting “medical marijuana” are making money and the cartels are losing it. ALL the states that permit med mar are now on fed notice. They must police the dispensaries to LOWER the quality of the reefer by at least half or be closed down, a COMMAND which in order to comply with, will completely shut down American grown supply...thereby returning the demand AND the profit TO the cartels in mexico.
