This... isn’t good, as I see it.

The Federal government can now request personal information of any enemy’s browsing habits, et al. 4th amendment? What 4th amendment?

A ‘secret court order’ could mean a sealed search warrant. Such things exist.

This kind of stuff happens when you get involved in leaking Classified documents.

Wikileaks has been fortunate that the current Administration didn’t have the backbone to go after them with full force as soon as this started.

Devil’s advocate here: who was directly harmed by the release of that data? Is it really a breach large enough or important enough to suspend 4th amendment or even 5th amendment protections?

Depends upon your view of whether we are at war and whether those materials aided the enemy or created additional anger and resentment towards our forces.

If you take the view that a lot of people these days have, that we are not at war, it gets tricky.

Tor cannot protect you from your ISP records. Tor works to prevent 3rd parties from discovering your identity, but your ISP knows where you live.
