And I’ve never understood why Al Sharpton was not permanently and completely shunned by the MSM and politicians after the Tawana Brawley case. Why does he have any credibility of any kind? Why is he considered a major spokesman for the black community after that? What would have happened to someone of any other ethnicity who was complicit in lies and distortions and prosecution of an innocent man in a case like this? What credibility or prestige would any other man have had?
