The problem is not corporations that pay some CEO a whole bunch of money that then go out of business. The problem is the government picking winners and loser using regulation and tax codes that allow big bloated monstrosities that run inefficiently and out compete small to medium sized businesses that HAVE to run more Efficiently or die. If the Big Lumbering companies woudl allowed to fail, it would make way for the good companies.

When Government plays God in reguards to businesses the big ones that pay politicians can linger and fatten up their leaders at the top.

In a Consitutional Republic, GE would not have special tax breaks and it would have failed and it’s divisions sold off to smaller and better ran companies.

To Big to Fail is a keyword for “Crony Corporate Socialism”.

Sometimes, it's a question of the government playing God on behalf of the unions.
