If Nevada does not accept the date of Tuesday January 17, 2011 or later then New Hampshire has no choice than to consider December..........the 13 or December 6

They can do that in 2 days!
Honestly this would be the worst news I could hear if I were working for Romney.
Having New Hampshire vote and win, then have Christmas, then lose Iowa?
That would make the New Hampshire win incredibly old news and lose all impact it might normally have.
our two party system has been corrupted by democrat-progressives
and republican-progressives
for a century.
the republican-progressives will not tolerate another reagan.
Fair enough, but Obama will be stinking up the country so bad that it will stillt ake some work to cut down an opponent.
Should have said “still take.”
I have a GREAT idea. Why not just start the caucuses and primaries for 2016 the day after the 2012 election?
There should be a national Primary Day for every state. New Hampshire is loaded with increasing numbers of leftist from Massachusetts, and is hardly a microcosm of America. New Hampshire allows cross-over voting which helped put that nutjob John McCain on the GOP ticket in 2008.
The Limousine Liberal Rockefeller Republican Wing of the GOP and their acolytes in the Main Stream media and FOX News do indeed want Mitty on the ballot.
Its OUR job to stop them. Whatever conservative candidate, DESPITE their flaws - Cain, Perry, Bachmann, even Gingrich, who looks closest to beating this SOB deserves our TOTAL support. I’d even vote for Ron Paul or Santorum if I thought they could beat Romney in the primary.
Watch what you say, that just may happen. :-(
New Hampshire wants to be the first in the nation. They get lots of money from candidates trolling the state for votes. They don't want to give up the prestige or the money.
It has nothing to do with Romney or RINO's or anyone else.
Can we put a lid on all of these conspiracy theories for a while? Don't assume evil when mere incompetence is reason enough.
NH needs a spanking.
Time for their “first status” to end .
Maybe if they would threaten to null their delegates until they restrict voting to Republican, they would change their procedures.
The RNC should move the New Hampshire primary out to June of next year....
If New Hamster really wants to first, then let's just have the vote up there next week.
What about the other states playing chicken with New Hampshire? We've had the first primary since 1916, why are they now so eager to change? Why are they trying to push us around? I'll tell you:
New Hampshire is the bellwether of the Republic - if they succeed in crushing our first-primary status, followed by the ongoing efforts to corrupt the Electoral College, then you can count on the well-funded candidates spending 100% of their time in New York City and Los Angeles, and NH and all the rest of the small states and "fringe" candidates like Herman Cain (or anyone other than Romney, for that matter) will be feeble voices in a hurricane of big-money presidential politics. And our Republic will be gutted and replaced by a "democracy" controlled by the biggest, wealthiest states, small states be damned.
Unless you've been in New Hampshire for primary season, you probably don't understand what a different universe it is. Politics is our state pastime. We don't put up with arrogant politicians surrounded by a phalanx of bodyguards in a stadium holding 50,000 - we recognize them in the diner (even if it's Jimmy McMillan or Fred Karger), shake their hands, look them in the eye, and ask them tough, unscripted questions.
With only 11% or so firmly decided on a candidate it does seem that New Hampshire voters are unfortunately barely paying attention to the Republican field. Candidates are making tough choices of funding and strategy decisions based on this incredibly irresponsible attitude. Maybe this will light a fire.
Another “fix is in” post. Hmmmm! See post #11.
They would hold the primary tomorrow if they could!
