I think California should do more of this. Heck, Joe Arpaio would sell a boatload of bologna sandwiches and I’d bet a sizable fraction of our prisoners would LIKE pink undies!
I doubt the guards are unionized but the local ol’ boys should be up for a good rumble when these places really get goin’.

Supposedly those moved out of state do so ‘voluntarily’ and have to have been convicted of “non-violent” crimes. Just think of all the good jobs we are losing here. ;-]
