What else do they have left? If Perry was polling a lot higher, it would be dumb as hell for Anita to bash anybody within the GOP over religion.

But they got nothing! $17 million can't buy you poll numbers, can't buy you a debate performance that wins you followers. They are running out of time, because low poll numbers ain't going to fill your campaign coffers.

After watching some of the coverage tonight, I definitely agree with you that it's bad for her to criticize Republicans and a lot of things she said in general, but the timing today with her husband deliberately reviving a two week old issue that was dead last week, and just two days after the debate, is too much of a coincidence. They are definitely trying to shift the blame for his numbers to anybody but him.

Way too much drama for my taste in a potential first lady but, well, Texans are known to exagerate pretty much everything in a big way so this is not really surprising when you consider.

Even so with the country so unstable we don't need to see candidates wives blubbering....rather a quiet and steady affect on their husbands run....this lacked that greatly.

The imgage Miss M has drawn........ of Ricky as the unearthly Manchurian Candidate and Mrs P as the scheming, manipulative matriarch.....is SO on target.

Hmmmmm.....Ricky’s candidacy has more dimensions than a Rubic Qube. He’s been setting up America a long long time.....his helping hand to Islam, La Raza, Mexico take on a more sinister aura.

Appears Anita herself is planning an active role in a putative Perry WH.

Somebody in the Christian-hating media should ask Ricky about that.
