Actually, the original story in The Hill (linked by Hotair) was corrected; Barbour actually said his wife would vote for Cain.

This article was corrected at 5:20 p.m. to reflect that Gov. Barbour said only that if the election was held today, his wife would vote for Cain.

Barbour says wife would vote for Cain if primary was held today

Funny - way back in January I said in an American Thinker article that a Cain-Barbour ticket would make the libs head explode with a black guy the boss and his right hand man a good ole boy from Miss-ssippi....(spelling phonetic)
